You may not be a morning person, but you can definitely benefit from creating a morning routine from selecting at least 1 or 2 things to accomplish.
Let’s face it, if we can wake up excited for a 7am flight, we can wake up excited for a chance to become more productive.
In order to become more consistent, build successful habits and improve with time management, a routine needs to be created and maintained.
Routines are the secret sauce to creating a lifestyle you want. They help us create consistency, successful habits and help with time management.
In order to create a routine that works best for you, you need to identify what you need to change and how it will benefit you.

A sample of my morning routine, I wanted to implement more self care to my life, so I sacrifice sleep to be there for myself and ensure I start my days putting myself first.
5:30 am – 6:00 am Silence/Meditation – Setting intentions for the day
6:05 am – 6:30 am Reading/Writing – Setting the tone for my mental health for the day
6:45 am 7:30 am Exercise – Boost my energy and mood
7:45 am – 8:00 am Smoothie – Enjoying my first chance of nutrients in peace without distractions
8:00 am – Start my day relaxed and accomplished
